Working with our dedicated National Installation Manager, and Regional Installation Managers, this enables us to have greater control over the quality and consistency of our work giving our customers ultimate peace of mind. Through our Sales team and our Account Coordinators, we can offer dedicated account management throughout the ordering & installation process. Customer Care falls with our Account Coordinators, allowing them to see the site through from start to finish, ensuring any aftercare issues are resolved promptly and in line with any service level agreements.
